Responsibilities

Change Assessment: Evaluate project and organizational contexts to determine the scope and impact of change, including technological, process, and operating model transformations.
Strategy Development: Design and implement robust operational readiness and change management plans, encompassing stakeholder management, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication of project details.
Communication Excellence: Identify and execute strategies to address communication roadblocks and ensure key messages reach the right audiences.
Leadership Support: Provide tailored communication and readiness strategies to business leaders during implementation.
Measurement & Reporting: Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track change effectiveness and provide visibility on project progress.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes and recommend iterative improvements to enhance change impact.

Required

Proven Change Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and operational readiness initiatives for large-scale transformations.
Strategic Consulting Background: Expertise in crafting and executing change strategies using established frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to align and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Technical Communication: Experience translating technical project details into actionable business impacts.
Data-Driven Approach: Capability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives through data and metrics.
Cross-Functional Skills: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously and drive alignment across teams.
Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, especially with high-level stakeholders.

Preferred

Certifications: PMP, Prosci, or other change management certifications.
Technical Acumen: Background in technical delivery or managing change for technical implementations.
