Responsibilities
Shadow support engineers to gain experience with interacting with and assisting customers.
Work with customers to acquire error logs and task logs to assist with troubleshooting issues.
Gain exposure to ServiceNow Case Management system and learn how to triage cases.
Learn proper case management customer communication etiquette.
Help document technical knowledge including knowledgebase or internal confluence articles.

Required
In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area.
3.0 GPA or higher.
Junior, senior, and graduate-level students.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
