Responsibilities
Create strategies to increase market share, sales growth, and profitability of Prym brands
Build value-added relationships and develop and lead solutions sales campaigns within accounts
Teach customers unique insights about how our products can help them compete in the marketplace and deliver ROI, tailor messaging to each decision-maker across the organization, and influence the sales process while overcoming objections and customer aversion
Construct a sales plan and manage the development of the account with VP of Sales and CEO
Through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building, lead and support sales opportunities within new and existing Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, and JoAnn departments and work collaboratively with internal resources as needed to ensure success of implementation to the customer
Accountable for the development and attainment of corporate sales and operational budget and the development, completion, and attainment of budgets within client calendar year
Align strategies/responsibilities/product-related changes with Michael’s, JoAnn, Hobby Lobby, as well as sales, marketing and e-commerce peers
Provide forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual, including alternative models to reach sales objectives
Provide strategic direction and further sales expansion and margin optimization within market, while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or other related degree
3-5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field
Must be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Achiever mindset – self motivated, driven and passionate about sales and achieving quarterly and annual targets
Preferred
Experience working with Michael’s, JoAnn, and/or Hobby Lobby or other big box, low cost retailer
Experience in the sewing notions and arts industry
5+ years of experience in Sales Management or Business Development, preferably in consumer goods or services
MBA or other advanced degree
