Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Global Data & Technology and AOR media pitch teams, collaborating on solutions that align with client briefs and showcase Dentsu’s media workflow platforms.
Lead initiatives that demonstrate the capabilities of Dentsu’s product suite across the entire media workflow—from audience insights and planning to activation and measurement.
Develop tailored approaches to pitch briefs, focusing on how Dentsu’s platforms can uniquely address client challenges in data, identity, and media effectiveness.
Apply in-depth knowledge of data and identity solutions to ensure seamless targeting, measurement, and personalization, adapting these frameworks to meet specific client needs.
Drive innovation by keeping current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring that Dentsu’s media solutions remain at the forefront.
Partner with pitch teams to craft compelling, data-driven narratives that illustrate the impact and differentiation of Dentsu’s offerings in addressing client objectives.
Collaborate closely with product, data science, engineering, and account teams to align on client requirements, share best practices, and refine media solutions for maximum impact.
Collect and analyze pitch and client feedback to optimize Dentsu’s media solutions, identifying enhancements that align with market needs and client priorities.

Required

Minimum of 15 years in media solutions, marketing technology, or a related field, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in media strategy, with a strong understanding of data and identity frameworks, audience segmentation, media planning, and performance measurement.
Demonstrated success in collaborating on client pitches, with the ability to distill complex data and technology solutions into compelling, client-centered narratives.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and data insights to inform strategic decisions.
Experience building and leading high-performance teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an accessible way to stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science); advanced degree preferred.
