Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a strong understanding of SAP modules and applications.

Experience in designing and developing learning content for adult learners.

Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in the SAP Business Analyst domain.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field.

Experience in using Gen AI tools (ChatGPT / Gemini / Copilot / Claude / Watson) and Technologies (SAP Signavio, SAP Analytics Cloud, Agile Project Management, and Prototyping tools) for learning and development.

Experience working in a remote environment.

Certification is not required for this role, but certification can enhance hiring chances. The most well-known certs are from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis):
