Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules utilizing Articulate Storyline and other authoring tools, integrating custom graphics that enhance user engagement.

Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to bring their design visions to life through creative and innovative graphical elements.

Create custom illustrations, iconography, and cartoons to reinforce learning outcomes and improve content comprehension.

Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accessible, and optimized for a multi-device experience.

Participate in quality assurance testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of visual elements within eLearning materials.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with Articulate Storyline and other eLearning development tools.

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing custom graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and animation tools.

Understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to apply them to visual design.

Exceptional communication and project management skills with a focus on creative collaboration.

Preferred

Experience designing accessible eLearning content that adheres to WCAG guidelines.

Background in multimedia design and experience using video editing software.

Knowledge of LMS integration, SCORM, and xAPI compatibility.

Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript in creating interactive graphics.
