Responsibilities

Align Somerled's design strategy for each client to complement the marketing strategy for branding and photography services

Manage fulfillment of Somerled's STR branding service

Align expectations between CSM, design team and graphic designer to fulfill branding projects

Communicate with clients as needed to align on expectations, manage revision requests, etc.

Strategize a photo asset strategy for clients’ STR listings

Source and hire real estate/architectural and lifestyle photographers

Manage lifestyle photoshoots (source and hire lifestyle photographer, plan shot list, hire models, align on props and outfits to fulfill shot list)

Maintain quality and consistency across Somerled's client marketing deliverables

Required

Experience with hiring photographers (especially interior design/architectural photography)

Experience with managing photoshoots (organizing shot lists, models, props, staging)

Experience with branding (brand identity curation, following or creating brand guidelines)

Experience in graphic design (especially as it relates to visual brand curation: logos, typography, mockups, etc.)

Experience with graphic design project fulfillment

Experience with project management (including project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, etc.)

Preferred

Experience with photo editing including color correction, retouching, exposure adjustment, adding subjects and objects (especially as it relates to interior/architectural photography)

Co-hosting or property management experience in the STR industry

Experience with marketing strategy and/or implementation for STR properties, and/or the broader hospitality industry
