Responsibilities
Serve as the voice of the customer, shaping product direction based on their needs and pain points
Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable requirements
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Latent AI’s mission and business goals
Develop and maintain a product roadmap to guide cross-functional teams effectively
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iterations
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Act as the central point of coordination among engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
Foster a collaborative and trust-driven environment to enable peak performance
Use data, market research, and user feedback to make informed decisions
Balance data-driven insights with creative intuition to explore emerging opportunities
Stay agile in the rapidly evolving edge AI landscape, managing trade-offs effectively
Collaborate with R&D to identify and address core technical and market challenges
Clearly articulate the product value proposition to both internal stakeholders and external customers
Craft compelling narratives to align teams and generate excitement around product initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, ML, IoT, or deep tech industries
Proven track record of launching successful software or hardware products in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, edge computing architectures, and embedded systems
Ability to bridge technical and business needs, collaborating effectively with engineering teams
Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics
Customer-obsessed with a passion for solving challenging problems
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in a dynamic startup environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
