Responsibilities
Design and oversee co-sell programs to maximize shared revenue opportunities with ISV partners, ensuring programs are both scalable and flexible to meet diverse customer needs across verticals and regions
Track, analyze, and optimize co-sell performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and partner teams to enable the salesforce on co-sell initiatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
Develop a structured, transparent lead passing framework that ensures seamless communication and collaboration between partners and internal sales teams.
Establish KPIs to track the performance and ROI of co-sell efforts. Analyze program results and make data-driven recommendations to improve and scale future initiatives.
Ensure partners are equipped with resources and tools to effectively participate in the program.
Lead the setup, integration, and ongoing management of Crossbeam to enable efficient data sharing and partner collaboration.
Educate partners and internal stakeholders on Crossbeam best practices and usage.
Regularly assess the platform’s performance and implement enhancements as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
Develop and deliver training and enablement materials to support partner success.
Foster strong relationships with partners to understand their needs and align on joint business goals.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of partner programs.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to share program outcomes with stakeholders.
Leverage insights to continuously refine and improve partner programs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in program management with a partner/channel focus, or related roles.
Proven track record of managing co-sell, lead passing, and/or resell programs.
Hands-on experience with Crossbeam or similar partner collaboration tools is highly preferred.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience supporting or scaling resell program frameworks.
Proven ability to manage and scale programs for global partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with Impartner, SFDC & Crossbeam.
