Responsibilities
Hunt for new business.
Creating awareness and buyer needs.
Supporting development of sales strategy to achieve defined targets.
Reporting out activities to management/key stakeholders.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain existing revenue.
Generate profitable growth within assigned National Account(s).
Analyzing customer-specific and market trends & needs to uncover new opportunities.
Develop strong client relationships through in person meetings and entertainment.
Accurately forecast monthly financial revenue for assigned customers.
Regular business reviews and working internally with our teams to build overall customer strategy.

Required
Experience prospecting and closing new business.
High level of analytical capability, organization, time management & attention to detail.
Knowledge of/experience with Project Management, Facility Maintenance and or Construction Projects ideal.
Experience managing relationships and driving strategic new programs to fruition.
Customer & team centric approach.
Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
