Researching laws applicable to cases
Conducting settlement negotiations, hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations

Required
JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Tennessee
Drafting legal pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs and opinions
Researching laws applicable to cases
Conducting settlement negotiations, hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
Strong computer proficiency, especially with file management systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of insurance defense and/or civil litigation experience
