Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Prospect brokers, agencies, and partners for 2+ hours daily, making 30-60 outbound calls, emails, or voicemails to pre-qualified leads.
Conduct product demos and prepare for meetings with prospective clients.
Lead RFQ case review calls and close quotes to meet monthly sales targets.
Attend events, conferences, and workshops to engage and close deals in person.
Communicate Virtue Health’s value proposition, differentiating from competitors.
Manage and update leads in CRM, documenting key insights post-meetings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize processes.
Present proposals and address complex client concerns with leadership support.
Assist with event ticket sales and client renewals.
Serve as a role model in sales performance, culture, and brand representation.
Qualify prospects by asking key business-related questions.

Required
Proven top performer in sales, meeting or exceeding quotas
Strong CRM skills with experience in automating processes.
Excellent sales acumen to understand and address client challenges.
Capable of closing deals, managing pressure, and collaborating effectively.
Skilled in creative follow-up strategies (e.g., video messages, gifts).
Strong documentation skills for accurate CRM tracking.
Ability to execute and maintain consistency with the core sales script.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
5 + years of experience in sales.
2+ years of experience in the Stop-loss/self-funding insurance industry.
