Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive the growth of LA-CO Industries through industrial distribution by focusing on regional, district-level strategies, and end user conversions.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple sales leadership levels including Regional, District, Specialists, and local sales representatives.
Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM to effectively communicate and track sales leads through LA-CO’s sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progress updates.
Customer Engagement: Assist in planning and attending customer and end user events to promote products and educate end-users on supply chain value, as well as product features and benefits.
Budget Management: Effectively manage a travel budget to maximize ROI on customer engagements. 20% of time spent in the Home Office. 80% of the time spent in territory with Fastenal Team and end users. Territory Includes: GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, AL, MS

Required
Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within industrial distribution and end-user markets, with familiarity in managing regional and national accounts.
Valid Driver’s License.
Reliable Vehicle
U.S. Citizenship.
Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
Preferred
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the Industrial Distribution supply chain or similar industry is a plus.
Self-motivated, high energy, and persistent with a strong sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals, with a track record of driving growth.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
