Responsibilities
Lead the transformation team in converting RPG code to ReactJS and Java, ensuring seamless integration of modern technologies.
Collaborate with Technical Lead to align transformation efforts with project objectives and client requirements.
Make critical technical decisions optimizing functionality, aligning with client preferences, and contributing to project success.
Estimate technical work with the help of team members and architects as required.

Required
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of hands-on Senior Developer experience (or equivalent experience)
Experience in delivering large-scale solutions within budget and schedule
Experience with Java (7+ years)
Experience with ReactJS
Experience in Spring and Spring Boot
Experience with BitBucket
Experience with Maven
Experience with Java Spring and Spring Boot
