Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of your portion of logistics jobs – from quoting to scheduling, coordination with our carrier base and wrap up with the client
Serve as first point of contact for our customers and service providers – build trusted relationships, not just handling their transactions
Anticipate and address issues and facilitate resolutions. We differentiate ourselves through our problem-solving mentality and success.
Have a sense of urgency and great responsiveness, even as juggling multiple situations
Be organized and accurate utilizing our company CRM platform to track jobs and tasks

Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A natural problem-solver
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, and ability to learn our system quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties in fast-paced environment
Some logistics or supply chain experience required
Preferred
3PL or final mile delivery industry experience a plus, especially if White Glove or similar complexity
