Responsibilities
Web Content Development: Create 50-100 new web pages annually, implement effective CTAs, and improve internal linking on 300-600 pages.
Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers and engineers to ensure alignment with company standards and user experience best practices.
Web Optimization & SEO: Optimize content for UX, SEO, and conversion, ensuring adherence to best practices like internal linking and UTM tagging.
Support Sales Teams: Provide digital support for BDRs and AEs, helping to convert leads into deals.
Technical Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain web pages, troubleshoot issues, and improve page performance.
Analytics: Track page performance and user behavior using web analytics tools to improve conversions.

Required
2+ years in web development, with a portfolio demonstrating conversion-driven projects.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with PHP and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of UX/UI, SEO, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Design, or related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
