Responsibilities
Perform daily cold calls, send customized emails and build relationships while introducing Amira Learning’s solutions
Follow up on all marketing supplied leads in a timely manner
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Take a consultative sales approach by understanding industry trends, the objectives of school districts and individual schools, and how to leverage our offerings to those objectives
Partner with Sales Account Executive to help develop and execute strategic plans
Utilize Salesforce.com, Salesloft and other tools to accurately forecast and execute strategy
Leverages AI in everyday workflows

Required
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Track record of success as an Outbound BDR
Tenacious and resilient in creating relationships with prospective clients, with the ability to nurture those connections
Open to receiving feedback and applying that feedback dynamically
Preferred
4-year college degree
K-12 teaching/administration experience preferred but not necessary
EdTech experience is highly preferred
Knowledge/usage of AI tools highly preferred
Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is a plus
Desire to grow into a full sales or account management role
