Responsibilities
Lead Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) program
Support and lead our agency's pursuit of future HubSpot accreditations
Be the go-to resource on our team for all things HubSpot
Think outside the box for sophisticated HubSpot solutions to client needs
Support HubSpot team and Marketing team with buildouts, training, and support in HubSpot
Handle HubSpot onboarding projects from start to finish including white-glove (done-for-you) and consultative onboardings.
Execute on tasks within all HubSpot hubs efficiently and on time
Stay up-to-date on new product releases, betas, features, and updates
Communicate best practices and guide client decisions within their HubSpot portal
Training clients and internal team members on how to use HubSpot
Support and own HubSpot audits and the HubSpot audit process
Support integrations with other tools through App Marketplace (custom API work is supported by our internal development team)
Expert level skills in HubSpot tools throughout the platform and ability to push their functionality beyond their standard use cases
Ability to understand, build, implement, and interpret client needs for sophisticated toolsets including things like custom objects, reporting, integrations, sensitive data, attribution, custom events, HubDB, permissioning, workflows, datasets, calculated properties, etc.
Ability to explain HubSpot to clients in an understandable way and take client requests and translate them to HubSpot needs
Ability to run meetings and create relationships with clients

Required
A minimum of 5 years of in-depth HubSpot experience is a MUST
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to juggle many tasks at a time
Ability to continue to push the envelope and find new and creative ways to get the most out of HubSpot
Love of solving complex problems
Preferred
Prior agency experience or former Hubspotter a HUGE plus
A desire to become a HubSpot Certified Trainer (or current HubSpot Certified Trainer)
