Responsibilities
Oversight and ownership of eBilling systems and processes, including the following:
Creating a vision for an eBilling system and bringing that vision to life.
Managing a team of technical project managers.
Overseeing the first level invoice review process.

Required
Minimum of 8 years experience working within a technology or high growth company; minimum of 10 years experience in other sectors.
A track record of completing projects on time and budget by tracking multiple project timelines and/or workstreams and progress.
Technical expertise, mainly in eBilling, and deep understanding of the eBilling space. Significant experience with Legal Tracker a plus.
Previous experience with large spend and volume going through purchasing systems for extended periods of time.
Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), including creating and managing controls.
Experience in people, talent, and vendor management.
Strong understanding of matter management.
Experience with technology companies a plus.
