Handle support tickets;
Suggest and work on enhancements;
Optimize processes for clients;
Deliver training;
Conduct testing;
Manage footprint expansions and roll out new features during quarterly releases;
Provide remote postproduction support for live clients.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications, as well as consulting experience (implementation or support)
Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules
Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel, Teams and Outlook
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience
OTBI reporting skills
Knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Learning and Recruiting, as well as Fast Formulas
