Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy Development: Craft and lead a comprehensive commercial strategy for 2 new brands, to drive revenue growth across multiple channels in both the U.S. and Europe.
Wholesale & Distribution Expansion: Build and manage relationships with major retail accounts (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods) to secure high-impact deals and expand market presence.
Revenue & Pricing Optimization: Oversee pricing strategies and margin analysis to optimize revenue streams and profitability across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with product, marketing, and safety divisions to align business goals, drive product innovation, and ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of account managers and sales agents in the U.S. and Europe.
Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning, address customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.

Required

7-10 years in commercial leadership, wholesale, or key account management within the eyewear industry, with established connections to major retailers.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing relationships with high-volume retail accounts.
Thrives in a small, startup environment, comfortable working independently, and willing to 'get your hands dirty' as we build our business.
Experience building out sales channels in U.S. markets; experience with European markets, an asset.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams and work remotely across multiple time zones.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with buyers, partners, and team members across the U.S. and Europe.
