Responsibilities
Design, execute, and refine GTM workflows to generate qualified pipeline using tools like Clay, Koala, Unify, HubSpot, Cognism, and Sendspark
Automate lead scoring, account prioritization, and personalized outreach to maximize conversion rates
Manage and integrate SaaS and AI tools to streamline outbound, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement processes
Own the tech stack for GTM automation, creating systems that reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes
Build and run a testing framework for micro-campaigns, signal-based strategies, and process optimizations
Drive scalable, repeatable processes that deliver transformative 10x results
Act as the technical and strategic bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams
Align efforts across departments to optimize workflows and ensure a seamless customer journey
Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, pipeline growth, and sales efficiency
Report on insights and outcomes to refine strategies and contribute directly to revenue growth

Collaborative and experienced: You have 6-8+ years in RevOps, Growth, or Sales with a proven track record of managing GTM strategies and tools
You're comfortable working across teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals
