Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external requests during implementation
Use knowledge and skills to assist project managers and team members to create detailed input for project plan sections related to data extraction and data migration efforts between platforms.
Create and execute test scripts and audits related to all data extraction and migration efforts during all phases of projects such as SIT, UAT, Parallel and Go-live.
Serve as a liaison between the client, platform vendor and HCM Unlocked technical resources to ensure that the clients data requirements are accurately and completely captured during the design phase and then confirmed to be complete during testing and validation phases.
Serve as a liaison between platform vendors and HCM Unlocked technical resources to provide oversight and input during design and testing phases of inbound/outbound integrations between vendors.
Will assist with review of existing clients technical architecture and landscape and make recommendations for optimizations with the intent to eliminate the possibility of any errors during the end-to-end flow of data.
Will collaborate with QA Lead/Data Optimizer to refine data validation process for Tax Monitoring by continuously improving mapping logic used with the inbound/outbound files.
Train and mentor team members on data migration and transformation so that they can become even more successful in their own primary roles and contributions to clients.
Provide service support to employees, other departments, and management as needed.
Partner with Project Manager to provide formal Signoff of work at each critical validation stage gate.
Partner with Project Manager to maintain the Open Issues log and resolve all items related to data integrity
Partner with Project Manager to oversee and confirm proof of testing and data validation of work.
Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and HCM Unlocked data validation tools to research issues and identify data accuracy in customer databases
Work directly with clients to coordinate and schedule electronic data extraction such as the following areas: new HCM demographic, year to date, history (including check detail, rate and position) and custom data extractions
Review previous provider data to ensure it is successfully extracted and uploaded to the new HCM system
Responsible for analyzing and defining mapping rules
Working with our clients to understand the data validation differences and how these differences can be applied to their new HCM system
Assist in data cleanup where necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
High School Diploma required
Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
1- 3 years of experience required working with various HRIS, HR, and Payroll platforms such as ADP WFN, Paylocity, Paycor, Paycom, Paychex, UKG, Kronos, Blue Marble, Rippling, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday etc. in Implementation of systems and Custom Reporting functionality.
Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files.
Experience with various Data Transformation tools and tasks.
Ability to utilize QA processes that capture before and after outcomes and satisfy governance and audit requirements.
Ability to create specific test scripts based upon individual client needs that will ensure 100% validation of all client data needs during the course of a project.
Strong experience with Excel and other tools used in QA and Testing validation efforts, especially with large volumes of data.
Understanding of PII data and governance requirements.
Experience with Powerpoint and other tools that may be used to document client landscapes and architecture at a high-level.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects while completing deadlines in an organized manner; demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Self-starter who is willing to take initiative with little direction or guidance
Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred or related experience, preferably in a computer-related field
Previous payroll, implementation or HR Experience is strongly recommended
Basic SQL skills and relational database experience is also a plus
