Responsibilities

Support partner relationships by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and enablement activities.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to align on tactical go-to-market activities, including joint account planning, prospecting, and partner marketing campaigns.
Organize and support partner-led field activities in collaboration with TTEC Digital Marketing, such as workshops, webinars, and events to drive pipeline and build awareness of TTEC Digital’s capabilities.
Evaluate and qualify sales opportunities generated through partner channels, leveraging an understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Monitor and report on partner program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve partner alignment and accelerate sales outcomes.
Ensure smooth execution of partner processes, such as contract management and deal registration, in collaboration with internal teams.

Required

3–5 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales enablement, or program management, ideally within the AWS ecosystem or similar technology partnerships.
Familiarity with the AWS partner ecosystem and an understanding of how to leverage partnerships to drive sales.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
Experience working in customer experience (CX) or technology-driven solution environments is a plus.
A tactical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
