Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SmartSimple.

Analyze existing award management processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SmartSimple.

Develop and execute strategies to streamline award management processes.

Develop future state process focusing on best practices and optimization of use of technology.

Documentation of agreed upon process and configurations.

Implementation of agreed upon configuration changes, testing and deployment, as well as end user and admin training.

Provide direction for the integration of SmartSimple with other enterprise systems.

Suggest and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SmartSimple features, industry trends, and best practices.

Proactively suggest and implement new tools or processes to enhance Corcentric capabilities within the organization.

Required

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our clients in the US.

5+ years of experience in product management or consulting or project implementation.

5+ years of experience with SmartSimple.

2+ years of functional experience implementing grants management or awards management solutions.

Ability to convert business requirements into data and technology solutions.

Hands-on experience in software configuration and change management processes across multiple environments.

Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment with an in-depth understanding of the SDLC for implementing enterprise-level systems including deployment procedures.

Experience in technology projects using Agile methodologies.

Experience with tools such as JIRA.

Ability to communicate technology concepts to non-technology staff and at all levels of the organization.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task, and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
