Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of ECI products and services, and communicate the value to the customer base effectively.
Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers within your customer base.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with customers, understand their business needs, and present our software solutions effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Leverage a consultative selling approach to articulate the value proposition of our manufacturing software products and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
Have a strong working relationship with your customers to increase references, keep customers on maintenance and support contracts, and help mitigate Churn.
Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan.

Required
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
Experience selling to manufacturing customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Sit for long periods of time.
Speak for long periods of time, as most interaction takes place via phone and online meetings.
Perform software demonstrations (online) which may require 1 to 2 hours meetings without breaks.
Preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.
Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
