Sr. Product Manager, Security and Infrastructure (Remote)

Responsibilities
Develop product and service strategies to maximize revenue and margin potential for TPx as a Managed Security Service Provider. Ensure all offerings are scalable, profitable, and easy to sell, implement, and support.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Agents to capture industry trends and customer needs.
Foster strong relationships with TPx customers, sales teams, and agents to gather insights that inform strategic roadmap decisions.
Conduct and document full product development plans and lifecycles including:
Develop business cases, define technical and service specifications, manage projects and product features, and set development priorities.
Establish pricing models that align with market expectations and profitability goals.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, coordinating resources to develop solution-specific offerings.
Create and manage product roadmaps, covering both initial launches and subsequent feature releases.
Partner with and provide documentation for Product Management to:
Define and recommend go-to-market strategies.
Establish product positioning and messaging that distinguishes TPx’s offerings.
Document competitive advantages, including sales 'battle cards' to support sales and engineering.
Communicate product value to training and sales teams, and develop effective sales tools.
Plan and oversee the launch of new products and feature releases, coordinating cross-functional execution to ensure success.
Ensure a quality customer experience from pre-sales through implementation and billing.
Analyze internal and external performance data and utilize intelligence to further product development and business planning initiatives.
Lead cross-functional team in defining, developing, and delivering products/services based on TPx service goals and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors to establish favorable partnerships and strengthen TPx’s industry presence.
Assist sales in competitive sales opportunities.
Provide deal desk team with guidelines for ongoing special pricing requests.
Work with various TPx teams on large opportunities that require a specific strategy.
Contribute to the product development and ongoing management of all TPx services.
Other duties and responsibilities as required to meet the business objectives of the networking service portfolio.
Remain engaged with forums and user groups.

Required
Five (5) years of experience in IT and Security Systems or related technical field.
Strong experience to positioning and delivering security service capabilities within varying customer environments.
Highly motivated self-starter with a native sense of urgency and strong drive, experienced in cross functional team collaboration.
Strong understanding of the full security stack including Endpoint Security, Network and Cloud Security, Identity Management, Data Security.
Solid understanding of end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.
Experience successfully launching new products.
Willingness and ability to work with teams, including ability to build relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style.
Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, presentation skills.
Ability to shift from high-level thinking to realistic and pragmatic execution.
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Adept at evidence-based and data-oriented decision making.
Proven business and analytical skills to support planning, prioritization, and measurement.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, continually changing environments.
Highly adaptable and perceptive when interacting with a broad spectrum of colleagues.
Strong problem solving and project management skills.
Must be proficient in the English language.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Computer Science, Engineering or another technical discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MBA degree preferred.
CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Security+ certification or similar a plus.
