Responsibilities

Design seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform user testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers in an agile environment
Apply design systems, libraries, and component-based approaches to maintain consistency
Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX work
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout
Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
