Responsibilities
Assist with implementation of new indirect rate structures and cost pools
Assume hands-on role in creating and maintaining accounting and financial models including development of incurred cost (specifically schedules B, C, and D) and cost impact assessment models
Complete financial analysis tasks to support strategic decisions
Assist with improvement, transformation, and documentation of financial processes
Work closely with program and departmental leadership to create plans of attack focused on increasing operational efficiencies and decreasing financial waste
Complete Ad Hoc projects and analysis as needed

Required
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting and/or project control in the federal government contracts space
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other related field
Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Knowledge and experience with indirect rate creation, budget modeling, forecasting, and dashboard reporting
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Must be able to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Risk Position Sensitivity and Background Investigation
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across matrixed organizations
Strong financial and business analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with Costpoint, Cognos, and Apptio
