Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable, web-based applications in alignment with modernization goals.
Actively collaborate with application development teams to optimize DevOps workflows, tools, and standards.
Design and implement advanced security solutions in integrated development environments.
Conduct security scanning, remediation, release management, and operational support.
Deliver both front-end and back-end solutions leveraging AWS in a cloud-based environment.

Required
Expertise in DevSecOps principles and their practical application.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple simultaneous projects.
Advanced proficiency in: Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, Oracle, HTML, JQuery, Bootstrap.
Experience with AWS for secure and scalable cloud solutions.
A DOD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position.
Preferred
Experience with Navy Data or other defense-related systems.
Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA.
