4+ years of marketing experience
3+ years of marketing experience in a leadership role
3+ years of marketing experience in startups
5+ years of involvement in DeFi
Prior experience in a strategy-focused role is preferred
Known public presence in DeFi sector or has worked in a leadership role at a well-known DeFi organization
Experience with marketing within the DeFi community preferred
Intermediate knowledge of performance-marketing and KPIs, with a specific focus on DeFi preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, heat-mapping analytics platforms, mailing lists, X (Twitter), and other social media/analytics platforms
Demonstrated technical writing and verbal communication skills
Outstanding English communication and social networking skills
3+ examples of successful campaigns in the DeFi and Web3 sector
A proven involvement in Crypto Twitter is necessary for this role
