Responsibilities

Assist the Sales team with account support activities with the goal of meeting INOC’s sales objectives
Demonstrate deep knowledge of INOC’s service offerings and expertise
Deliver pre/post sales technical presentations, product sales presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients
Assess and translate client’s business and technical support requirements in to INOC’s service features and capabilities
Communicate with Service Transition, NOC Operations, Technology and ATS teams to assess capabilities match
Evaluate and discuss strategic positioning and options with Sales and other leadership
Develop proposals and review with INOC team
Respond to RFPs, provide technical responses for client requirements
Ensure client information is accurate in CRM database
Lead new client kick-off calls with handoff to Service Transition
Work with/communicate client issues to CX or Sales for resolution
Provide technical training to sales and client teams
Follow up with clients and internal teams on in-scope and out-of-scope questions to provide clarity and create addendums as needed.

Required

Excellent working knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS), Trouble Ticketing systems, including management protocols such as SNMP, WMI, TL1, gRPC, etc.
Good understanding of Layer 1, 2 and 3 technologies, Wireless, QoS, Operating Systems, Virtualization, Cloud, Databases, Web Services, and Applications in Enterprise & Carrier environments
Understanding of the use and impact of AIOps and GenAI in NOC operations.
Good understanding of FCAPS, ITIL; strong process management skills
7+ years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent
Ability to engage with senior management at various organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, listening and writing skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps skills
Bachelor’s degree
