Responsibilities
Drive performance through others
Understand assigned OE partner expectations and review performance reporting and action plans with OE partners on a regular basis to keep program performance healthy for Caliber teammates while meeting success criteria for OEs, customers and other stakeholders
Ensure teammates are trained on processes and expectations for their specific role, monitor performance and communicate results with leadership
Assess center level performance relative to program expectations and contractual agreements.
Develop weekly and monthly reporting as assigned, analyze data, identify trends and action plan for performance improvement
Communicate and manage the change process for assigned programs and brands
Familiar enough with modern repair methods, equipment, training and tools to present Caliber recommendations to OE partners to ensure that vehicles are being repaired using the most appropriate repair methods

Required
5+ years collision repair role which makes you very familiar with the operation of a bodyshop
3+ years in a professional function such as project, program, or process management
Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy (not an excluded driver)
Working knowledge of estimating and repair planning practices and functional use of the systems used by Caliber centers involved in assigned OE programs (such as, estimating, repair planning, quality control, shop management, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT with an emphasis on the ability to data mine, infer data, identify trends, and develop data-driven performance management plans
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written to diverse audiences
Ability to organize and hold meetings amongst all levels of teammates
Relationship management, and mentoring skills
Advanced project management, analytical, problem-solving and workflow analysis and planning
Solid proficiency using standard office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and project planning tools
Advanced data analysis, presentation and communication skills
Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
