Responsibilities

Build responsive and compelling Web applications and components.

Code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

Identify performance bottlenecks in JavaScript components and data service layer.

Proactively optimize for scalability, efficiency, and maintainability in a practical way

Follow good coding, testing, and documenting best practices and adhere to existing standards.

Ensure the quality of code by writing tests and doing code reviews.

Build reusable code and libraries.

Design frameworks and tools that empower other developers on your team.

Own features from inception to implementation and launch.

Required

Bachelors or greater in Computer Science or equivalent (e.g. 5+ years of work experience).

5+ years of professional experience with modern Web technologies.

Deep understanding and solid and versatile experience with standard web technologies.

Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, and cross-browser platforms.

Good knowledge of usability principles and best practices is required.

Knowledge of SEO principles.

Ability to implement solutions that are user responsive and efficient.

Capability of implementing a resilient web architecture.

Experience with browser testing and debugging.

Analytical skills and a keen eye for details.

Great problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.

Curiosity about new technologies and drive to find ways to implement them in work.

Experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.

Excellent multitasking skills.

Ability to oversee and drive projects forward.
