Responsibilities
Lead assigned CIS QA Projects (Deployment / Development / Client Success).
Lead SIT and UAT Test Cycles effort from Start to End.
Prepare detailed Test Plans with Test Scope along with Entry/Exit Criteria.
Identify and propose Test Scenarios to thoroughly test the Test Scope.
Facilitate UAT Client calls and assist Clients in testing CIS & other applications scenarios.
Subject matter expert on the CIS and integrated applications.
Become proficient with internal products and how they integrate with other systems.
Prioritize and work Client issues, providing issue analysis and documentation.
Participates in requirements reviews, design reviews and facilitates the testing process.
Design, Provide Estimation, document and execute Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
Manually creates and input test data, programs or extracted production data to execute Test Cases.
Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
Creates issues/defects using Jira application with steps to reproduce and follows through to resolution.

Required
Must have 3+ years of working Experience in Utility Industry with Customer Information System - CIS platform.
Knowledge of any Customer Information/Billing systems and Utility billing System.
Detail oriented, organized, analytical problem solver with strong trouble-shooting skills
Proficiency in conducting QA following Sprint Testing methodology.
Experience in managing multiple QA projects and resources.
Must be expert in writing and executing SQL queries (Oracle, DB2).
Experienced in API web services testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development Methodologies.
Experienced in using Test Management tools. (JIRA - Test Management Add-On).
Experience in using Test Automation tool – Selenium.
Review defects and work closely with BA's and Developers.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
