Responsibilities
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Assistance: Coordinate account activities such as new item setups, vendor forms, sample requests, and resolving retailer issues.
Project Management: Support the Sales Director in managing projects like product launches, sales portal updates, and retail execution initiatives.
Data Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present sales data to the Sales Director, helping to create actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Event Coordination: Help organize meetings, trade shows, and virtual/in-person events in collaboration with the Sales Director.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align key deliverables and ensure a smooth sales process.
Performance Updates: Assist the Sales Director in preparing and delivering monthly sales updates, including KPIs and industry trends.
Showroom Management: Support all showroom-related projects, ensuring they align with brand standards and sales objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably among consumer products.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing multiple tasks.
Excellent relationship-building abilities with internal teams and retail partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Asana, Slack, and NetSuite is a plus.
Proven ability to adapt quickly and provide proactive solutions.
Preferred
Grocery and hardware channel experience is an advantage.
