Responsibilities

Overseeing technical accounting and managing the accounting processes for all departments and entities.

Developing policies and procedures that facilitate the achievement of corporate and business objectives.

Ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting

Performing analysis of new applications of accounting standards and policies

Implementing policies for new audit requirements

Ensuring accurate disclosures in the financial statements

Leading accounting and financial due diligence for acquisitions

Guiding and educating on technical accounting issues

Preparing accounting memos for financial reporting

Maintaining global accounting processes and policies

Assisting with ad hoc projects as requested

Required

CPA certification required

Accounting license with minimum 5+ years relevant experience

Public accounting audit experience required, preferably in technology or banking sectors

Extensive knowledge of US GAAP

Strong technical skill set including experience with enterprise ERP systems; familiarity with Sage Intacct is strongly preferred, experience with Salesforce is desirable

Strong analytical abilities

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and organizational capabilities

Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a quick adapting and high-growth environment
