Responsibilities

Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create and review documentation of research findings for presentation to product and development teams.
Develop and modify user personas based on research findings.
Participate in the creation of concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
Utilize Figma for UX design tasks, demonstrating expertise and proficiency.
Synthesize information across multiple factors to inform design decisions.
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Build effective relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.
Communicate effectively, ensuring understanding and advocating for the user experience across the firm.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, user experience, design, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline
7-9 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on user research, interactive design, and visual design
Proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools
Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and advocate for different perspectives
Ability to work independently and exercise discretion under limited supervision

Preferred

Advanced degree
Experience in the securities or financial services industry
