Responsibilities

Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts.
The Account Manager is responsible for proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth.
Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio.
Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets.
Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives.
Drive expansion of Concord products throughout the assigned accounts.
Strive to achieve 100% Concord Cloud Fax usage within targeted accounts (wallet-share).
Conduct semi-annual internal business reviews and develop an account strategy plan.

Required

College Graduate, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of individual quota-carrying sales experience
Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.
Experience in facilitating resolution to customer problems
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Capable to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
