Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize the partner ecosystem, specifically focusing on SAP Business One and Microsoft Business Central ERP partners.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand the reach of Experlogix’s Digital Commerce solutions.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to foster long-term partnerships and enhance engagement, support, and satisfaction.
Provide partners with the resources, tools, and training needed to effectively position and sell Experlogix’s Digital Commerce solutions within the ERP ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop go-to-market plans with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering co-marketing programs, promotions, and initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including partner sales growth, program effectiveness, and revenue contribution to assess and improve channel strategy.
Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and the ERP ecosystem to guide partner strategies and ensure product alignment.
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to share partner feedback, market insights, and ensure alignment with partner-driven growth initiatives.

Required
7+ years in channel or partner management within B2B SaaS, digital commerce, or ERP solutions, with direct experience in the SAP Business One and/or Microsoft Business Central ecosystems.
Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships within partner organizations and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a focus on developing scalable partner programs and driving measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partner channels, including experience in sales enablement and training programs.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret partner performance data and make strategic recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of an organization.
Deep understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One and Microsoft Business Central, and familiarity with digital commerce trends and technologies.
Preferred
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications in partner or channel management are a plus.
