Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
Create requirements and specifications for business needs.
Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
Test and/or coordinate testing of new installations or upgrades.
Research user problems using various analytical and research techniques.
Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the area/project team.
Address somewhat complex technical issues/problems using internal best practices and collaboration with colleagues.
Develop solutions to technical problems that require depth of technical knowledge but are typically limited in complexity.
Communicate with colleagues across multiple areas.
Explain technical solutions, practices, and procedures to others within the organization.

Required

BS degree or equivalent experience and 3 or more years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
Candidate can fulfill all primary responsibilities stated above.
Experience actively using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Knowledge and experience in developing requirements based on business needs.
Ability to translate and explain business requirements to information technology stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of the organization.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
