Responsibilities
Assist the business development team with weekly call reviews.
Help recruit, hire, train, and coach BDRs.
Research and identify new business opportunities.
Make outbound calls to assigned states to generate leads.
Act as a key player in coordinating introductions between potential clients and the account management team.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure targets are met.

Previous BDR experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Additional experience in a leadership/managerial role leading and training others
Investigation background

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products & Salesforce
