Responsibilities

Support the program management of a category/ categories of Authenticity Guarantee (AG)

Learn and understand eBay’s ins and outs, in order to improve the customer experience and drive to team CSAT goals

Support on project management and go-to-market initiatives as needed

Triage customer blocking issues

Develop and own escalations playbooks for common issues

Support Program Managers in WBR, MBR, and other reporting functions

Regular trouble shooting with vendors and cross functional teams to identify solutions as topics arise

Travel to vendors and Ebay offices as needed (~4x/ year with potential for more)

Required

3-5+ years in project management or program management

Proficient in Excel required with strong attention to detail

Experience analyzing business metrics and reporting out weekly on performance using common metrics

Agility, comfort with changing/ evolving direction

Interest and/ or passion for Ebay, authentication and categories

Ability to work independently to achieve goals on time

Time management/ sense of urgency

Extremely detail oriented and organized

Follow through

Change management

Preferred

Nice to have project management tools: MS Project, Smart sheet, or other PM tools

Authentication and/ or operations experience (nice to have)

Product exposure (nice to have)
