Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 3-8 accounts payable specialists in daily operations
Manage an electronic work queue, ensuring speed and accuracy in processing invoices
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to resolve complex invoice processing issues
Collaborate with internal teams to address payment issues and process improvements
Provide excellent customer service to vendors, facilities, and auditors

Required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-volume environment
Proficient understanding of computer-based programs
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and external customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in SBO/Multi-unit Accounts Payable environments
Familiarity with imaging and/or OCR technology
Experience with Concur Travel and Entertainment software
Background in the healthcare industry
Experience utilizing Oracle systems (strongly preferred)
