Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Production: Design creative assets and assist in managing content briefs. Coordinate with other designers, copywriters, and team members to bring campaign ideas to life. Ensure quality and brand consistency across content.

Community Management: Engage with the Kathy Kuo Home community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.

Email Marketing: Support the planning, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns. Collaborate on developing email content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and engages the target audience.

Social Media: Assist with content creation and scheduling for organic social media channels, contributing to an engaging and consistent social presence.

Project Coordination: Maintain content calendars and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Track and report on performance metrics to optimize content.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align on strategies, priorities, and objectives. Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
