Responsibilities

Spearhead the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks for AI systems.

Ensure alignment with ethical, regulatory, and corporate standards across multiple geographies and sectors.

Oversee AI policy development, AI/data stewardship practices, and ethical AI frameworks with emphasis on transparency, fairness, accountability, and privacy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish governance protocols that manage AI lifecycle processes effectively, from data collection through to model deployment and monitoring.

Provide guidance on AI ethics and data governance strategies to executive leadership.

Influence organizational policy at the highest level.

Ensure that governance frameworks are embedded in AI and data practices.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Drive the establishment of key performance metrics for ethical AI use and risk management.

Balance data utility with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Empower stakeholders across the enterprise to leverage AI responsibly and strategically for sustained business impact.
