Responsibilities

Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions that enhance user experience.

Perform Design and Prototyping

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows, ensuring they align with project goals and user needs

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure cohesive design implementation and maintain a consistent user experience.

Required

3+ years of Figma experience

Able to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Able to plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback, then iterate designs based on insights to improve functionality and user satisfaction.

Able to develop and maintain a design system or style guide to ensure consistency across all user interfaces and streamline the design process

Able to create functional prototypes

Able to enhance and maintain Client UI design system

Experience performing UI Audits and a 6-month plan to enhance the user experience
