Responsibilities
Conduct outbound campaigns (email, calls, webinars) to inform customers about the new fundraising functionality.
Create tailored outreach strategies targeting customers who might benefit most.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop promotional materials like videos, guides, and email templates.
Guide customers through the setup and activation of the fundraising feature.
Provide live support (calls, video demos) to remove friction during onboarding.
Monitor activation metrics and follow up with customers who drop off before completing activation.
Identify existing customers using free or competing tools through usage data and outbound discovery efforts.
Develop personalized outreach to engage and convert these users, highlighting the value of the new functionality.
Partner with marketing to design win-back incentives or campaigns for competitive users.
Track KPIs like activation rates, time-to-activation, and competitive conversions.
Provide regular reports to leadership, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Associate’s degree or equivalent
2-5 years of experience
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting live demos or webinars.
Familiarity with SaaS products and competitive landscapes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance metrics.
Preferred
Familiarity with fundraising platforms or K-12 education is a plus.
