Responsibilities

Maintain, review and validate data for US payroll using Workday Payroll

Review timesheets, attendance records and leave of absence pay

Audit payroll tax records

Process payments for final paychecks, adjustments and special pay

Create journal entries related to payroll transactions

Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to provide commentary on flux and trends

Participate in audits for 401k, Workers Compensation, and general audit

File quarterly taxes and issue W-2s

Create and maintain process documentation

Provide standard and ad-hoc payroll reports to various internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, Tax and Equity

Required

5+ years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience

Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance

Experience creating journal entries

Experience recording equity transactions including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPP

Demonstrated understanding of US payroll compliance and taxes

Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions

Commitment to customer service

Preferred

Experience managing small to medium sized projects including implementations

Experience using Netsuite

Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company

CPP certification
