Responsibilities
Send IIE (Initial Intro Email) to new leads in email via Bigin CRM from Prospects
Record new Lead Contacts in Bigin CRM
Schedule Meetings with New and Existing Clients
Manage Principals Calendar to set reminders to make sure meeting is set on time
Create New Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline – This will be in line with the PPL (Project Projection List)
Create 5 Star Reviews for the Pipeline – Include PM
Stay organized with all opportunities, creating tasks for yourself and recording all interactions with Prospect leads and existing clients.
Contact Management. Purge unnecessary contacts every week.
Create Marketing emails regarding relevant content and Schedule multiple emails monthly (Discuss with the Principal on requirements)
Makes sure that recurring marketing emails are being sent by the Marketing Team per schedule
Review reporting/analytics to quickly understand flaws and optimize for improvement.
Create and Manage Lead generators and client email journeys
Engage and reach out to prospect leads by email/call/Messaging (CRM)
Review each Email Campaign report and Optimize with the Marketing Team.
Review and optimize Panoram CGI copywriting sent from the Marketing Team for approval.
Review and Optimize Panoram CGI Graphic design for email campaigns sent from the Marketing team for approval.
Be an Active Learner of Marketing and implement strategies.
Collect past and future viable contacts to include in our Marketing Campaigns.
Document Marketing Strategies and Systems
Review All Marketing Analytics and Reporting with the marketing team and optimize for better results.
CRM Management – create new Opportunities and Pipelines and record all interactions with current clients and prospect leads.
Weekly meeting reporting on progress updates on items worked on and discuss action items for the following week.
LinkedIn (Social) Marketing – Prospecting and Lead/client outreach, Perform Campaigns and ads.
Google Adwords professional / Social Media Paid Ads Management.

Required
Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and Business Management
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication, MBA is a plus
